Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact s at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations can be made my phone or email. A no show is defined as a missed appointment without prior notice. Consequences: there will be a review of the policy and a warning for the first no show. The second no show incurs a $50 fee. Prepay may be required for third no shows and the patient may be required to prepay for future sessions. The patient may be discharged from care if repeated. Most insurance companies do not reimburse for no show sessions and patients are responsible for applicable fees. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals of more than 15 mins will have a shortened appointment and will be considered a now show at 20 mins. Fees will apply as a no show appointment.
