Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of psychiatric and mental health services, Hope and Destiny Wellness LLC maintains the following Return and Refund Policy.

 

1. Services

 

Hope and Destiny Wellness LLC provides professional services, including medication management, psychiatric consultations, and psychotherapy. These services are time-based and reserved specifically for each client.

 

2. No Returns

 

Because services are rendered or reserved in advance, returns are not applicable for any services purchased through our website.

 

3. Refund Policy

• Payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.

• Payments for missed appointments or late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.

• Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with clinical recommendations, treatment plans, or prescribing decisions.

 

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with proper notice may be applied as a credit toward a future appointment, at the practice’s discretion.

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may be charged the full session fee.

 

5. Insurance-Related Refunds

 

If an overpayment occurs due to insurance adjustments, any applicable refund will be processed after the claim is finalized. Clients are responsible for verifying insurance coverage prior to services.

 

6. Exceptional Circumstances

 

Refund requests due to extenuating circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

 

7. How to Request a Review

 

Any billing concerns or refund review requests must be submitted in writing to Hope and Destiny Wellness LLC within 7 days of the appointment date.
